David Morrell
Dave graduated from Washington State University in 1994 with a degree in Business Management. Hired by Keller Supply from college as a Management Trainee, he served his training in the warehouse, inside sales, and purchasing agent before becoming a manager. Originally from the Seattle area, he opened Keller Supply's Boise, Idaho branch in 1995 then he relocated to Bozeman, Montana and opened their new location there as the Branch Manager. During the six years of running the Bozeman location, he led this location to become one of the top performing braches in Keller Supply. In 2002, Ferguson Enterprises (then Familian Northwest) hired David to develop the Bozeman Market and to open a branch. In 2004, David opened the branch and made this location the most profitable location in Montana and Wyoming and won the branch counter of the year award. In 2005, he was promoted to the Sales Manager of Montana and later added Wyoming to his territory. The opportunity to lead ten locations, over 150 associates, and work with customers and vendors throughout the territory provided a tremendous amount of experience and relationships. The relationships extended into numerous markets and included plumbing and mechanical contractors, cosumers, engineers, and manufacturers who worked with him on a consistent basis for his hydronic expertise. Strengths include relationship building, communication, public speaking, teaching, heat system desing and calculation, troubleshooting, accounting, and strong work ethic.
Tim Spady
Tim is the fourth generation of Bozeman, Montana and has relationships throughout the community. After working in the film industry for IMAX movies, Tim decided to go to college in the Pasadena area. After attending Azusa Pacific and Montana State University, Tim went to work in the plumbing industry in the field as a plumber. In 1998, Tim started working for Keller Supply and held an outside sales position until 2003 when he was recruted by Ferguson Enterprises. While at Ferguson, Tim helped open the Bozeman branch and quickly grew the sales to beat budget within the first month. Since the opening of the Bozeman branch, Tim has held an outside sales position and recently took responsibility for customers in the Billings market also. Tim's strenghts are his professional and courteous personality, and he does very well with large mechanical contractors, architects, and engineers. His hydronic knowledge is not just learned from textbook, but also from installation and hands-on troubleshooting.
Lloyd Morrell
Lloyd has a history of working in the wholesale industry and directed sales for Hunt & mottlet/Seattle Hardware until the mid 80's, and moved to Bend, Oregon to open a hardware chain. He left the hardware industry and went to work in the plumbing industry as a manufacturers rep where he built relationships selling product to Familian, Consolidated, and Keller Supply. From the rep business, he moved to a position with Consolidated Supply in Bend where he worked until earlier this year. Located in Bend, Oregon Lloyd is able to travel the Oregon market and has relationships throughout the industry. His strengths include commercial plumbing products and hydronic heating products.
Phil Sterlington
Phil is our resident salesperson who was born and raised in the Seattle area. A graduate of the university of Washington, Phil excels at presentations with his degree in plublic speaking. Phil lives in Gig Harbor with his wife and kids and really has the personality to build relationships and get the job done. He was an outside salesman for ten years in the wholesale heating business working for Gensco. Phil's focus will be with Engineers, Mechanical Contractors, and wholesalers.
Martin Galvan
Martin comes to Ridgeline Mechanical Sales after working in the plumbing business for ten years he started working for Keller Supply in Bozeman, Montana as a delivery driver, his interest for learnig the plumbing business quickly moved him in the warehouse where he continued to learn and was quickly moved to counter sales where he also learned to do heat takeoffs. Martin also worked for Willimas Plumbing and Heating as a Purchasing Agent, later he went to work for Reliable Plumbing and Heating as a werehouse manager and Purchasing Agent. He also has Diplomas as a web page developer in HTML, ASP.NET, VB.NET, FLASH, Martin will be focusing on customer service and support, sales, sales quotes, inventory control, material takeoffs, and our website upgrades
Dani Frost
Dany works for Ridgeline Mechanical Sales as doing accounting and bookkeeping. She helps with answering the phone and taking care of customer service. While Dani doesn't take care of plumbing questions, she can track credits and billing to help relieve our load which allows us to focus on sales. Dani is great at catching mistakes and ensuring that billing gets done correctly.
